Our Playhouse

Now that Brian is home and we've had some time as a family, the much dreaded task of moving back in to our house has arrived. It's a really slow process because the house needed a lot of repairs and cleaning done before we could completely move in. Brian and I are even going to have to learn to tile. Our renters left the house in less than perfect condition, which was a big bummer. We've tried really hard over the past two years to take really good care of our home (considering we have young twins, and two dogs) because we can't afford to replace the house we've got. So needless to say were doing all the repairs and cleaning ourselves, and we will be happy to have our home back in tip top condition.

The first order of business (after sterilizing the house) was getting the boys settled. That meant putting their Playhouse together, along with both of their toy rooms. We needed them to be able to play in safe environments while Brian and I were busy repairing and unpacking. Heith and Haiden haven't had a hard time with the switch at all. They think moving is better than Christmas. They are having a blast playing with all their toys they haven't seen in the last 5 months.

A little about our playhouse, we got it in March and set it up for the first time in Grammy Tami's backyard. Our boys love their playhouse, which is why it was the first thing set up in our house, other than beds. It was built in the USA, and was a big splurg! So when we recieve our check from the goverenment we will chalk it up to helping boost the economy. The picture we took weren't great due to the time of day, but we wanted to let everyone see whats going on in our backyard. We will eventually take new pics and post them as life gets less crazy.
